Shipping Policy

To return your product, you should mail your product to: PO Box 688 Evansburg, Alberta, Canada T0E 0T0

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you qualified for Free Shipping and choose to return your purchase the actual shipping charge will be deducted from your refund.  

You are responsible to pay any duty fees that your package may incur.  

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using tracking shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

If you are purchasing outside of Canada and your package incurs duty charges and you choose not to pay them then those fees as well as return shipping charged by the shipping company to return your package back to us will also be deducted from your refund and you will be charged for the difference if any incur.
